1870 Rendering of Baltimore

Another late night searching for Merrills, and I landed on a side/underbelly page of the Maryland Historical Society.

The ability to zoom is awesome on the image as displayed. I downloaded the 110MB jp2 file (jpeg2000), but nothing I've downloaded as recommendations (irfanview, image viewer) have been able to show it for me. Anyone have a correct jp2 viewer I could try?
