The C.S. Quartermaster Guid is essentially ripping everything relevant to quartermaster from the Regulations. I think the Quartermaster Manual might have more complete information in addition to what is from the regulations
I don't see anything online on the common book sites. And Regimental Quartermaster says they are out of stock.

I've noticed with the various high quality reference books of that kind, that once the print run sells out, they only rarely come up for sale. Like the Columbia Rifles Research Compendium, Pat Brown's history of the Sack coat, or Mr. Gaede's history of the shelter halves.
