Chickamauga 160th

14 Battlefield walks by Jim Ogden. Probably 30 plus hours of instruction. Numerous others by Rangers. David Powell was there, mostly signing books. Dropped in during the Historian walks as time permitted.

I learned a lot. Really can't duplicate an event like this. Just seemed Special.

Wilder Tower was opened to the public.

I am disappointed exponentially now. But thanks for the report.

He is going to do some extended programs for the Battles for Chattanooga. Saturday and Sunday before the Anniversary dates. Then on the 23, 24 and 25th. 23rd is Thanksgiving.

Said yesterday weather is so iffy during that period they don't allocate that many assets. So, sounds like he will be doing more than in the recent past. Last several years they scaled it down some.

I wouldn't stand in front of a cannon like that.
