13th Georgia Infantry

Has anyone got any information on this Regt especially at the time of Early's raid onWashington in 1864 ?

I particularly want to know whether the 13th Georgia Infantry were combined or amalgamated with another Regt after Gettysburg.
I have a friend ,whose Ancestor was 2nd Sergeant Henry Thomas Hendon, who fought with the 13th Georgia until July 1864 when he was captured during Jubal Early's raid on Washington. He was captured in Rockville, Maryland & was then sent to Elmira Camp, being released in June 1865. Hendon originated from Troupe County, GA.
If anyone can provide any further info about the 13th GA or the Man himself, that would be greatly appreciated !
