Oookay...
3 Earp brothers served: James, Newton and Virgil Earp
3 Earp brothers participated at the gunfight: Wyatt, Morgan and Virgil Earp

James - was not present at the O.K. Corral incident
Newton - was also not present
Virgil - was definitely involved in the gunfight, so my answer is

1) Virgil Earp.
2) Virgil had enlisted in Company C of the 83rd Illinois Infantry on July 26th, 1862 and served until June 26th, 1865.
