Bonus. Just a wood guess for Doc Holliday.

Sunday morning and I have almost 16 hours in searching for the answer to that simple looking question. I initially thought it was Doc Holliday because he was 13 in 1864 and was from Georgia. After reading about Doc for 9 hours, I found no hint that he joined the Georgia Militia. I found many comments in writings similar to the one below.

Although John Henry "Doc" Holliday grew up in Georgia during the Civil War as the son of a Confederate officer, the closest he got to the action himself was seeing troops marching through his hometown of Griffin, location of two Confederate training camps. So I am ruling out Doc, but that is all I have. Morgan Earp was born in 1851 but can't find any details on Georgia Militia.

I spent the last several hours reviewing Joe Brown's Pets roster. Not one familiar name and more importantly no one was under the age of 16. Tired of looking. Can't wait to see the correct answer. I would love to know the players time spent in trying to run this one down.

Friday question - I spent 3 days trying to find this answer and could not find any "legendary western gunfighter" who was a conscript or member in the Georgia State Militia or States Guard during Siege or Battle of Atlanta 1864. My hats off to those who came up with the correct answer, especially if you got it in short order because I hit a wall on this one. I went to a half dozen or more "Legendary Gunfighters of the Old West" and "Gunfighters of the Old West" sites that listed all the legendary or famous gunfighters then did a separate search on every single one who was born during 1850 and 1851. Only two "legendary gunfighters" in that age group with ties to Georgia came up with the first being "Doc" Holliday, with further searching giving no indication the Holliday was ever in the Confederate army or a State of Georgia unit. The second "legendary gunfighter" was Henry Andrew "Heck" Thomas, born January 3, 1850, who was a "courier" in the 35th Georgia Infantry or 16th Georgia Infantry (depending on which site is correct). His father and uncle served in 35th Georgia while a second uncle served with the 16th Georgia. But this would have made him 14 years old during the "Siege of Atlanta." Since he is the only legendary western gunfighter in the age range that had a connection to a Georgia military unit, that I could locate, my answer is Henry Andrew "Heck" Thomas.

Friday bonus - Much easier. Actress Pauline Cushman.

Edit - Although Heck Thomas' age is a year off from what was stated in the question and there don't seem to be any sources specifically stating that he was conscripted into a Georgia militia unit, no one was able to find any sources stating that Doc Holliday was conscripted into the Georgia militia, either, and the author of the question did not provide any source. Therefore, I will also accept Heck Thomas as an answer to the main question.
