Edit - While I am inclined toward the opinion that Salem Church was a separate battle from Second Fredericksburg, both of them can be considered part of the Battle of Chancellorsville. It could also be argued that if Allen told his troops to keep going until they got the order to halt and that they would never get that order, then they would have just continued from Marye's Heights to the next place, which would have been Salem Church. Therefore, I am giving credit for Battle of Salem Church and Battle of Chancellorsville as correct answers to the bonus question.
