Terry, you can use the 'upload a file' prompt that displays when you click on 'post reply' although I've never tried that, or you can use 'photobucket.com' to post a pic. There are probably other ways to do this that would work too, but photobucket is the one that I'm most familiar with.

Already did one - atleast if it's John Brown Gordon http://i.imgur.com/IXiEu.png - although this was in the days of me using another program than PhotoShop. I reckon I can take a shot at coloring him in Photoshop if you can find an image that pleases you.
The image I have from the TSLA, scanned from an original in my collection, is huge. A reasonably large version is posted on one of the threads on this site. The title escapes me, but about a month ago someone started a thread on colorized images. http://civilwartalk.com/threads/colorized-images.70155/page-10#post-427668

I didn't want that one colored Zuz, but thank you anyway. That was just a test post using imgur, wanted to see if I did it right. Worked out just fine.

There you are my good man. Hope it's to your liking. I can tweak the colors anytime you want. Personally I feel the haircolor is a bit off, but I'm a tad destroyed at the moment and I'm probably going to hit the sack.
Most excellent work! Very impressive! Hard to say how dark his hair was, but the eyes look great. He was on Wheeler's staff (cavalry), so maybe the cuff facings wouldn't have been blue. However, the pic was probably taken around 1875 in Dallas, so maybe not even his own uniform.
