My guess is that this is the right gun of Cpt. James Smith's 4th NY Battery situate on Houck's Ridge above Devil's Den. Of course, we know that Smith said that the position of the memorial guns are not where he actually placed his pieces.

That clinches it! We can see Col. A. Van Horne Ellis, commander of the 124th NY, peeking just above the cannon barrel, and the 99th PA monument on the right edge of the photo.
What a good eye y'all have!!! It is on Houck's Ridge, Smith's Battery, the last gun in the line.
I'm already scheming the next Wednesday's photo...hope everyone is ready!!!
