Looking for Federal sky blue trousers (used condition is preferred). In jeans, I'm about a size 32" waist and length is also at least a size 32-33."

Make sure you size yourself at your true waist line, around your naval. That's where period trousers were designed to fit and where they should be worn. If you go by your modern jeans size they may or may not fit depending on if you have any belly at all which most of us these days are guilty of. Same goes for your waistbelt.
