I have been reading Don E. Fehrenbacher's Lincoln in Text and Context, and he did an essay on anti-Lincoln writings. He wrote about pro-CSA educator Mildred Lewis Rutherford, who apparently sprinkled her textbooks with rabid anti-Lincolnism. Here's what he said she said!

I went and looked at his source. One of them was her book The South Must Have Her Rightful Place In History but did not see what he was referring to.
I could not find anything like Fehrenbacher's is Miss Rutherford's Historical Notes, Vols. 3 and 6, the other source. Help?
