They say as you get older you go back into your second childhood. That must be what is happening to me. I am loving playing with my toy soldiers etc. However, now I am getting serious about it after seeing some of our members dioramas. Can someone please let me know what the best source is for diorama supplies. Thanks

Yeah I guess I took Peter Pan to seriously when I was a kid.

Woodland Scenics is a company that does lots of terrain , water , etc. Popular with model railroaders , many of their products are very useful for dioramas. I have used some of their items and order them from Scale Hobbyist , though many other places carry them .

Well, hey, I can think of a whole lot worse ways not to "grow up". Some of my fondest memories involve friends and toy soldiers. That's ultimately why I'm here in this forum. Life is too short to be an adult all the time... LOL

Burnside's bridge I'm assuming? Looks great!

I had that bridge with a WWII set called Battleground on a ply base colored with roads, a stream and greenery. It came with a load of American and German army men, no two the same (??). It was a Christmas gift, and a cherished heirloom that was spread among cousins and kindred. The soldiers were plastic and I never thought of painting them. But I played with them. Why I love rainy Saturdays even now! That is a really neat set-up you have @Virginia Dave, and a ton of good advice from others. Anxious to see what you can do.
