The "Wild Turkey Cookbook" is by A.D. Livingston. There are over 100 recipes to prepare a Wild Turkey. There are easy methods for frying, grilling, broiling and roasting the great bird. There are also some great recipes for leftovers, sauces and dressings. The author has also included tips on dressing and curing turkey.
Some of recipes included are Wild Turkey Egg Roll, Wild Turkey Cacciatore, Brunswick Stew, Mexican Stuffed Turkey, Blackened Turkey and Barbecued Turkey. This is a great cookbook for the hunter of wild turkey and for the collector of cookbooks. This was one of my latest library sale finds.
