HF White Mansions

I found this album released in 1978 while cleaning out the attic. It tells the story of four fictional characters from the beginning of the war until the end from a southern perspective. If you have never heard it is a good listen and can be found on the internet.

pereonally like the 2 cd set white mansions and legend of jesse james which was follow up album.......but then I like Johnny Cash and Charlie Danials

It's got some very interesting songs on it. I had that album back in the late 70's. Somehow lost it through the years.

Somewhere between the 70's and now, I've managed to lose myself a few times ; but it sure has been fun.

I had that album too! It is a good listen. That 12 lber song is haunting.
