Sure looks like the Eisenhower Farm fencing to me. Believe @Kurt G nailed it.

Eisenhower is the only place I can recall 5 board estate style fencing. Nice of someone to sit or put their weight on the center of the top rail while climbing over thus cracking the rail. Sorry as the person who would have to fix that at my place its a big no no. If u must climb or sit its always at the post, rant over.
