Before I look any further than the photo, I'll say this is taken at Oak Hill looking from the position of Carter's Artillery Battalion of Ewell's Corps toward the line of Schurz' Eleventh Corps north of town.

It's more specific than some of the answers! Or, I suppose I could always say "It's at the end of another fence."

My guess is this photo was taken near the end of the Eternal Light Peace Memorial parking lot looking at the McLean Farm. That is some of the flattest land on the battlefield. The buildings in the background are tough to clearly blowup but they kind of look close to the buildings just outside of Gettysburg College. The fenceline near the Eternal Light M works.

I'll have to remember that answer—it's pretty much always true at Gettysburg.
