Nope, it's something rectangular and hard-edged. Rather like a box of playing cards. If it hadn't been so long ago and if I'd been in a smart-axxxx mood, I'd have said it was a pack of Luckies. Except cigarette packs came along MUCH later and they were softer edged, too.

This little bulge could be caused by lots of things. It might even be a framed, hinged photo of someone. It definitely has hard, sharp edges.

Nope. An outside Watch pocket was optional. There was a vest though, with 3 pockets
