This was part of a collection of SPANAM era cartridges but was labeled as a "percussion tool". I have absolutely not a clue as to what it could be and thought some of you more knowledgeable folk might have a thought. The only marking I can find is on, what I would call, the face and appears to be an "X". The curved part is sharp. Any guesses?
