"What If" Promotions

Just thought of making a general discussion thread on who should have been promoted to lead what unit in order for the Confederates or Federals to perform better.
For example:
Promoting Cleburne to command a Corps in the AoT, 1864, before the Atlanta Campaign
Promoting John B. Gordon to lead II Corps, ANV, before the Valley Campaign
Who'd y'all pick?

I would replace A.P Hill with Gordon in the overland.
MG to Lawton to get McLaws Division and George Maney to MG.
