This is a wet plate done on glass that we had taken in Gettysburg. The added bonus was the class we got in developing a wet plate.Very interesting. Now allI have to do is figure out why my photos post sideways.

I dragged your photo to my desktop to rotate it 90º and repost. But it came out right-side up. I uploaded it and it was rotated to the left just like in Post #1. I don't know why.
 
There mine and I'm fortunate because they like to walk the battlefield with me.
When they were toddlers we would do French and Indian War reenactment s at Ft. Ticonderoga. My oldest likes flintlocks.
