I made this dish the other day and I thought it was delicious. It's a cross between a Irish stew & scotch broth. I wasn't always a fan of lamb as I occasionally find the taste of the meat too strong but I really enjoyed this stew. I've been to Wales a few times and never tried it in the country but I'll sure look out for it next time. It's a delicious hearty dish.
