Another reminder: I decided Saturday to postpone scoring Saturday's & Sunday's questions until Tuesday morning, so if you go away for the holiday, you'll still have the opportunity to play trivia all weekend. If you missed yesterday's, or Saturday's question, you can still go and answer it now!

Also, for a few of you, one piece of advice about yesterday's question. I asked for weather info on July 4th, 1863, not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd! Ya better correct your answers before tomorrow!

According to the Civil War Generals Burial site, there were 80 Union Generals buried at Arlington National Cemetery. A list of generals from the Blue and Grey is posted with the burial sites of the generals. I went through the list and counted 80 actual names.

I'll be scoring your answers to the last three questions tonight, and I'll try to post updated scores at that time as well!

"Fancy" or "Little Sorrel" was one of several horses that were confiscated from a captured Union train In the Harpers Ferry area that was headed to Washington in April of 1861. The horse was turned over to General Jackson.

*********************** LITTLE SORREL *************************

In the spring of 1861, Thomas Jackson bought his wife a horse named Fancy. However, it was Jackson who was soon riding the horse. The horse, a sorrel-colored gelding, was rather thin and unimpressive. "Stonewall" Jackson was only a mediocre rider, but the small horse suited him well. He renamed the horse Little Sorrel and came to depend upon him. Little Sorrel was strong and almost tireless. He was not easily spooked, which was definitely an important trait in a battle mount.
