Seems to be what looks like a "wargaming" diorama... There are a few Zouaves (with the Officer being a Zouave), a single Berdan (without a sharps), a fellow who looks like he's either an early war or new recruit (the nice hardee hat fellow), and the rest are standard infantry...

All in all, Farb as it may be... I like the array of colors. As a Captain I once met said..
"Sometimes you have to embrace #farblife".
