Are there any sutlers that buy used reeacting gear? Or even trade towards used gear? I have a large amount of stuff I'm never gonna use again (keeping one Federal infantry kit and my Reb shooting leathers) and want to move it on in one lump. Suggestions would be appreciated (I'm not on Facebook). Thanks in advance!

Probably your best option is to post it here. There used to be a guy on the East Coast who specialized in used gear, but he´s been dead for years.

Yeah try right here. Or you can go to an event and do a blanket sale. There is a couple Facebook sites if you could get someone on Facebook to list it for you.

I understand not wanting a facebook, I only have one because it's the best way to keep on top of events, find gear, network with other reenactors etc. The trade blanket groups are great for finding and selling used gear. I think you could also sell your stuff to the Maryland Sutler. I believe he buys used gear

Try C&C Sutlery. I think I have seen used gear there before.
Milk Creek is another you might try.
