Uniform ID?? It's wool and has moth damage,no readable labels inside.

Could you post close up photos of the buttons? I'm thinking that it may be post Civil War but clearer photos would help.
 
Need more details, like the buttons mentioned above and the backs of the buttons. Stitching details like the button holes, lining, and any other visible stitching can help date it. Take a close up of all the features, the more photos the better and our uniform experts will surely tell you what you have.
 
Like has been asked previously, will need better photo to give you an idea of era, it does not appear to be ACW vintage as the skirt is too short for a double breasted union frock. More detailed pics would be helpful, particularly of the collar.
 
As stated above better photos of inside, outside, button holes etc would be very helpful in ID this coat the button back-markes as @captaindrew stated will be the tell tell especially if they all have the same back-mark.
