Found at cavalry site. The left is obviously harmonica but the right on I've never seen anything like it. Maybe a accordian?

Harmonicas came in many sizes, that's a big one.

Could be accordion. A small squeezbox could be transported on horseback easy enough. Harmonicas are still made in different sizes. This might be one that has the button to change keys like Mick uses on the Emotional Rescue album.

Checked accordion reeds and they are different and I dug a concertina so I can rule that out. I think this or something similar, the "Hohner Goliath" left behind that oversized harmonica reed :
