Somewhere on Henry Hudson's river.
I found this on the Beauregards Tailor website. The soldier is wearing an early war greatcoat produced by the Richmond bureau and local commutation makers. Worn around the winter of 61-62 in Johnston's Army of the Potomac (ANV). It Includes a five button front and a 1 button cape which buttons over the standing collar.
