The Victorian Way

I found a very enjoyable food series on YouTube. Its been created by the English Heritage Trust. The short videos have a lady in period costume preparing and cooking Victorian era recipes in the Victorian way. The only caveat is that the recipes provided are all in metric measurements. I have put one of the videos as an example of her preparing Victorian Mac & Cheese. I didn't know it even existed during the era. There are many more if you enjoy it.
