Gents: I hereby take pleasure to hand you a complete list of the officers of the Steuebn Ingers; and I feel gratified to state the the whole number of our men amounts to about 40, besides the honorary members. A spirit of enthusiasm seems to have taken possession of our German citizens, and I hope to be enabled son to report fully on the state and prospects ofthe Company.

This unit managed to become the Steuben Rifles. 2 members Kesmodel and Warmouth became part of 9th Georgia Artillery. I have not found any other info about the unit.
