As long as there have been wars and soldiers, there has been the desire to take souvenirs and the Civil War was no different. Here are two rather unusual souvenirs that were sold to old soldiers and civilians visiting battlefields long after the end of the war. The top brick was made in the Gettysburg brickyard and made circa 1900 and the bottom brick was made from the soil of Malvern Hill in the late 1800's.

Nice pieces. There are all sorts of items that were sold to the tourist.
