Something Amusing on a Sunday Morning

For a quick background of me before I tell this amusing story... I am from a large family, 14 in all ( 6 boys, 6 girls, and my parents) I've always been really interested in the 1800s but no one in my family has shown very much interest (aside from a brother in law, but that doesnt really count, he liked the era before I was even born 😁). Two years ago I decided to start reenacting, so I got more into the Civil War than just the general 1800-1899 time span.

Here's the amusing bit...
Within 18 months I have convinced 3 other siblings to start reenacting with me; two have been to a few with me already, and one is getting everything ready for the next event. They went from knowing basic knowledge, to researching and studying in their own free time about the War Between the States, and spending money on equipment.

I just thought it was a little funny how they've done a 180° and became interested just because I have become somewhat of a fanatic. 😂
