Tentatively set for the weekend of June 6th.

Plan A. Show up at a designated motel Thursday night. Leave Sunday.

Some can't stay the three nights. Some can. As you can see, it's still in the planning stage, but it's not too early to reserve a block of rooms until, say May 1st.

The first priority is to determine how many will attend. The second priority is to determine who might attend.

After all that, we can figure on tours, guides, vehicles, cell numbers and lunch (don't know about you, but thought of catfish for lunch can get old).

If you have suggestions, especially on motels, please pipe up.

Hey. Moderators. Would someone put a sticky on this and/or move it to a thread that gets some attention. Just for a few weeks?

Anyone interested in a meetup at Shiloh?
Husband I are planning on being there.
Karen and I Plan on attending...
I really wish I could make this gathring . . . I would love to meet everyone.
I think ya'll will have a large time. The Shiloh landscape is virtually the same today as it was during the War.

On an after hours note,
I think McNairy County, Tennessee is still "dry" (no beer or alcohol ).

Just trying to share some travel info for anyone that may be thinking about Sheriff Buford Pusser & the original 1970's Walking Tall movies. :smoke:

Was hoping you could come up.

We figure BYOB works. Is that a problem if it is kept out of sight? Or does "dry" mean only that you can't buy it?
