Set up for reenactment

I am the Chaplain for the WM Footman Camp, 1950, SCV, Ft. Myers. Can you send me some info on the upcoming re-enactment? We plan to attend as the 47th NY Regimental Hospital, and would like to know about set-up & set up location. meals, fees, etc. etc. We have a small Hospital tent & fly and expect to arrive and remain for the entire event. We will do Field Triage and basic Field Hospital Treatment. 3 of us recently re-certified in CPR & AED and have previous experience in First Aid. We will bring a modern First Aid kit, as well as a full War Between the States Medical set-up to address the ER, OR, Dispensary, and Invalid Ward.
