Seeking Sgt Franklin Smith sack coat

I am working on a report on Schuylkill Arsenal sack coats and would like to get some measurements from the Sgt. Franklin Smith/4th MA Cav. fatigue blouse. The Smith grouping was shown in the Time-Life Echoes of Glory: Union book p. 107 as part of Jim Stamatelos' collection. It was sold by the Horse Soldier after Jim's passing in 2008. Does anyone know the current location of the Smith grouping or can put me in touch with the owner? Thanks!
