Youths and older men willing to defend Richmond. This is part of an article, Virginia Military Forces, 1858-1861 The Volunteers of the Second Brigade, Fourth Division Part III, by Lee A. Wallace Jr. and Detmar H Finke. You can skip the Richmond Sharpshooters and see the young and old willing to defend Richmond.

The older men in black frock coats, vests, and pants sound like a "fun" group, a fun group dressed like undertakes. What about those Richmond Medical College Guards? There was also a Richmond College Company.
