Remembering John DePerero who shared Civil War Balloon Corps Living History as Clovis Lowe, the 63-year-old father of Thaddus S.C. Lowe, commander of the Union Army's Balloon Corps. John/Clovis was it's maintenance officer and logistics manager which fit with his real life US. Army career as a helicopter maintenance Officer.
