Regimental issue logs

Does anyone know how to find the regimental logs that recorded clothing, and arms issuance from the depots? The 11th OVC references them in one of their videos, but my searches didn't yield anything.

For Kentucky the Kentucky State Military Museum had some quartermaster records but the clothing ledgers are at the National Archives. At least for the regiment I research.
