I would like to share a positive experience I had recently.

My cousin and I were in Gettysburg for the Civil War Collectors show last month. After the show we walked through town to go into a few shops that we wanted to check out. We stopped in the Regimental Quartermaster about 15 minutes before they closed. We were quickly approached at the counter by Lisa who we later found out was the store manager. She asked us if we needed help. We asked to see if she had any Corps Badges. As she was getting ready to show us what she had, we mentioned that we were looking for a specific Spanish American War corps badge that would have been worn by our GGF who was in the 71st NY Volunteer Infantry, 1st Division, 5th Corps during the Battle of San Juan Heights in Cuba in support of Colonel Roosevelt and his Rough Riders. Lisa stated she didn't have that but could make it for us. I figured I would pay for it and she would make it and then just ship it. I showed her a picture and she said to give her a little while and she would make it now. I was very surprised but gladly replied sure! After a quick mock up and my cousin advising her to scale it down slightly, we liked what we saw and my cousin asked for one as well. She produced a finished product for us about 30 minutes later. We looked around the store and purchased a few items including an original front trigger guard swivel for my P53 Enfield that I have been looking for one for over 2 years. All of the salespeople were very helpful , and Lisa did an excellent job on the custom Corps Badges. Even though it was at least 30 minutes past closing we never felt rushed nor did the other customers shopping there well after their closing time. I can't recommend this store more highly. The selection and customer service is top notch and Lisa is a true asset to the company.
