This was on Ebay- a super place to browse for old photos!

It's under the heading of " Recruiting Wagon", without saying why- but perhaps that's evident in the photo? If so, pretty cool. You can see where that's where it's what it would be!

As others have said could have been for nearly anything... political campaign... holiday event.... etc.... None present appear to be wearing any form of a uniform that might imply something military related...

Appears to be a second wagon off to the right with someone holding a flag same as the one in the foreground....

Gotta wonder what the guy on the porch on the left is thinking.... "Turn that #&%* down"... "Get off my lawn"
