  Thomaston Memorial Association received a grant for $2,972 from the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation, Inc. to fund the restoration of the wooden wheels on the two cannons in Veteran's Park in Thomaston. The wheels on both cannons were removed and sent to Pennsylvania, where new ones were handcrafted to replace the old ones. The new wheels were then returned to Thomaston where they were reinstalled on the cannons now on display in Veterans Park.

I'm happy for them but that doesn't seem like a CW gun to me. Certainly, the carriage and wheels are not right (I thought all the wheels were of standard size; slightly bigger than shown). What say you experts ?
