Question on Confederate manufacturing

Are there any good books out there to read about the manufacturing in the South during the Civil War? I heard Josiah Greene, chief of ordinance did an excellent job utilizing what little the South had to make great use of it. I want to read up on what each produced, where the resources came from, important cities that contained the factories, and how it all worked. I know nothing of the subject except that here in Memphis, Quinby & Robinson was a prominent arsenal, and that in Nashville many of the heavy ordinances were moved to Richmond before captured, and that they produced a lot of frock coats. Frock coats that Don Troiani included in his painting of the 19th TN Infantry.
