I've eaten some wild game foods that would put a lot of people off, but I think I'll pass on the 'possum.

It was a beautiful sunny day. We enjoyed looking at the water and the boats.
We are going back in two weeks and the wife and I are going to split the fish and chips because it is so much but I'll order conch fritters and she will order the smoked mullet dip for appetizers.

The Hush Puppy recipe looked good in the article! Thanks for the recipes and the fascinating history of the term 'cracker'! Never would've guessed that's how it originated!

About eating possum - !? :O o: I've seen some rummaging around the trash cans near parks in NYC, can't say I'd want to eat those pointy-toothed critters.

I have tried it once, not the first thing going that I would order.

The first time I was on an engine we were moving at about 65 miles an hour when I looked in front of me and in the distance I could see opossum running around in circles I turned to the engineer training and asked what's up and he said oh that's just opossum it's mate must have been run over and he'll stay there till he dies I kind of felt said that opossum and at the same time got a Lotta respect it keeps the words till death do us part better than most people..
