Please help decipher this Fold3 record

Yeah, it definitely says Burkesville, as in the Burkeville Junction of the South Side Railroad and Richmond & Danville Railroad. That said, I've found many prisoner records from the last battles around Petersburg and the Appomattox campaign that typically only list a general area, nearest notable location, or the location first processed as a prisoner for the "where captured." It is probable that he might have actually been captured at Sailor's Creek.

I think the released is June 19.

William Daniel Simpson was born in Va? Makes no sense.. Ancestry doesn't let me add him to Irwin.. needs more investigation. You've given me a puzzle.
