I never knew about this.

They had to do something with them as the prison in Jackson was converted into a munitions plant. Most were sent to county jails or recruited to the CS Army in exchange for pardons. Glad the Dirty Dozen weren't given arms.

Based on the handful that I researched who are named in the governor's papers, I am guessing unfortunately none of this dirty dozen have cards floating around in the CMSR to discover.
