Pedersoli model 1816 conversion good price

I put money down on a defarb Pedersoli model 1816 conversion for $720 was wondering if this is a good price. Musket is slightly used but overall in great shape. Lock plate is marked Harpers Ferry 1821. Musket is missing the rear swivel. Do they sell replacement part swivel?
