Peanut Butter

Over here peanut butter is available in nearly every store in several brands , organic etc
My favorite is Peter Pan Crunchy. A few years ago, the large jar of P-P Crunchy disappeared from the shelves of my grocery store and WallyWorld.
Then the pandemic hit and it was difficult to find even the small jar of Crunchy Peter Pan.
I ordered a couple of jars from Amazon.
The next time I went to Target on-line and searched ALL local stores: not in stock. I placed an order to "ship" which is different from pick-up or local delivery. It worked— delivered in 3 days. Just last week, I repeated a "ship" order which require I order a total of $35 so I ordered vitamins and other supplies. It was shipped in 3 boxes and all 3 arrived on Sunday morning. This time I ordered 5 jars (28 oz).
During the the Fall of pandemic, I also had a cereal disappear off the shelves but its back.
What a strange workd we live in.

I had no idea that we crunchy-peanut butter-eaters were trend setters! I have lower standards, however, and have been purchasing "brand X". 😊

This is certainly a timely thread. I recently started eating peanut butter (crunchy variety) after a long absence. Great source of protein, good on crackers, and tastes great.

Today is March 1 and is Peanut Butter Lover's Day. Thought bring up this older thread. It by a former member who always posted in Food Forum. He is still missed. Hope he and family doing okay.
