1 pint peas
flour
milk
butter
salt
pepper
parsley
thyme
Instructions:
Leave 1 pint peas in the pot with the water boiled in; make a thickening of flour, milk and butter, season with salt, pepper, parsley and thyme; boil 10 minutes, and serve. (Children are fond of this.)
