Does anybody out there know if this firm is still in business. I ordered and paid for a belt plate 11 January, was told it would be shipped mid February, at this point 15 March still no belt plate, no answer to emails, or phone messages, and the website appears to be "Unavailable." Anybody???

That's odd, they've had a good reputation as far as I know although I've never bought anything from them myself so can't say from personal experience. Hopefully someone here knows what's up.
