old Abe the neglected

I was traveling about when I came across Old Abe the cannon, locked away in a cage, wasp nests in his barrel and dirt, dust, and bird poo on his barrel and wheels. I want justice for Abe! While I stood watching and photographing the relic I began to cry due to the overwhelming neglect of something that could have been an enjoyment for people everywhere. Does that seem like a normal response?

Old Abe should be cleaned up. So many relics are neglected.

Should be in a museum... I know more than a couple that would gladly take it so those who are storing it don't have to worry about it.
