Nothing Goes To Waste

I have eaten a lot of different things. I like heart meat, and I used to eat hog, beef, and other wild animal hearts. I also like some of the other organ meat.

My dad always enjoys liver and onions. My grandparents used to enjoy a German version of blood pudding and the infamous headcheese. Can't imagine eating organs myself, but can understand the mantra in the era of having zero waste. I think they were quite ingenious coming up with ways to make things like heart taste good. But deep frying food tends to improve it

I have had deer liver more then once and it is another food item that is under appreciated but i really prefer the deer liver as the best part of deer meat.
